WHAT IS "AN EVANGELICAL THEATRE ALL ABOUT"
To understand the concept of AN EVANGELICAL THEATRE, I will first of all dissect the PHRASE and splitt it into two core parts that makes up the actuall representation of it' meaning
a. EVANGELICAL (Evangelism):
This was gotten from the word evangelist which in greek word is "εὐαγγέλιον" (transliterated as "euangelion" or "Evangelium"). The Greek word εὐαγγέλιον originally meant a reward for good news given to the messenger (εὔ = "good", ἀγγέλλω = "I bring a message").
The verb form of euangelion is euangelizo (transliterated "evangelism"), which means "to proclaim".
Evangelism refers to the practice of relaying information about a particular set of beliefs to others who do not hold those beliefs. The term is often used in reference to Christianity and any Christians who specialize in evangelism are known as evangelists whether they are in their home communities, living as missionaries in the field.

b. THEATRE :
A theater or theatre (also a playhouse) is a structure where theatrical works or plays are performed or other performances such as musical concerts may be produced towards sending accross a particular message to a group of audience.
Their are many types of theartre ranging from the Amphitheatre to the Ornate theatres but all theater structures, regardless of type, contain certain basic elements. and these elements are:
1. On and off stage
2. Seating and audience
Now fussing these phrase, we define "AN EVANGELICAL THEATRE" as a structure through which the good news of the gospel is spread accross to an audience by on-stage THEATRICAL EVANGELISTS through evangelical plays, christrian poetry, Balards or on stage Sermon presentations.
